Leander Democrats Together is a coalition of Democrats in the Leander area led by Precinct Chairs of the Travis and Williamson County Democratic Parties. Our vision is to sustain a community where all people can work, play, learn, and live to their full potential. We do this by collaborating to elect Democrats up and down the ballot, including those in nonpartisan races who share our Democratic values.
A special focus is on the nonpartisan Leander City Council members and the Leander Independent School District Board of Trustees. These local leaders have a significant impact on residents’ daily lives and can aid or impede achieving our vision. Since Leander and Leander ISD straddle both Williamson and Travis Counties, working together we can make a difference.
